Responsibilities: Manage the Zone China Shared Service AcＣounting Team, ensure the in time acＣounting posting an d high-quality which in compliance with Group an d PRC AcＣounting standard. Optimize the organization, build up an efficient SSC, enhance the process of acＣounting posting; Manage OTC, PTP, RTR, HTR an d SAP master dataSuggest an d design automation process to reduce as much manual work as possible. Optimize the organization, build up efficient China SSCEnsure the high-quality an d in time acＣounting posting an d monthly/year-end closing; Good communication between SSC an d controller of business units （e.g. branches / region / FO / RDC / LPD-SHA etc.） on the business cases; Coordinate with other department to define an d follow up the improvement actionsFinancial Support to cooperate audit, custom requirement, legal requirement etc.BPO of SAP FI/CO Module, SSC Task PoolAny ad hoc jobs assigned Profile requirements: - Familiar with the ERP system, SAP experience is preferred - Proficient in PRC GAAP, IFRS - Good MS Office skills, e.g. Excel, PPT - Fluent speaking an d written in English - Strong team work organize ability - AcＣountable, confident, independently working ability, drive for results - Bachelor degree - Above 5 years working experience, minimum 3 years on supervisor level of SSC;-26；
