职责描述： Purpose of the Job To manage the BU Korea an d Japan team to deliver services related to BBP performance acＣounting report Treasury procurement an d master data management. To assist Finance director in the development an d implementation of relative aspects of BSC strategy an d planning execution an d compliance in support of business growth in China. AcＣountabilities 1） To manage the BU Korea team an d BU Japan team to deliver services related to BBP performance acＣounting report Treasury Tax Marketing procurement an d master data management. 2） Perform the activities to meet SLAKPI requirements at optimal cost 3） To assist implementation an d standardization of finance projects in APAC 4） Internal Controls MICS. Ensure proper internal controls are in place such that assets of the company are properly protected the controls are such that there are no material weaknesses in internal controls in the processes 5） To assist the BSC Finance Director in the development an d implementation of relative aspects of BSC strategy an d planning execution an d compliance in support of business growth in China. 任职要求： Education Bachelor degree Ｏr above Ｏr equivalent Experience an d Languages 5-7 years in finance acＣounting especially be familiar with acＣounting reporting budget control analysis etc. Language: Mandatory - Good Korean Ｏr native Korea speaker excellent written English an d communication skills; Plus - Basic Japanese About 3 years team management experience; Technical competencies （Job related） ： Good skill in MS Office especially Excel an d PowerPoint Analytical an d systematic thinking skill Focus an d attention to detail an d accuracy Excellent internal customer relations Communication skill描述： 任职要求：
