You will participate in both Project Management an d development team activities lead the projects to expand our platform service to support all business around the world. Responsibilities: Determine an d define project scope an d objectives Predict resources needed to reach objectives an d manage resources in an effective an d efficient manner Develop an d manage a detailed project schedule an d work plan Provide project Ｕpdates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy adjustments an d progress Utilize industry best practices techniques an d standards throughout entire project execution Monitor progress an d make adjustments as needed Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor Degree （BS） in computer science Engineering Ｏr related field; 3 years experience in software engineering Ｏr in related field; 5 years experience in PMO Ｏr in related field; Warm personality with excellent communication skills; Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle; Experience working directly with software engineers product managers an d business stakeholders; Strong familiarity with project management software tools agile methodologies （preferably Scrum an d Kanban） an d best practices; Strong analytical an d problem solving skills; Experience in working in cross-cultural development teams. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Degree （MS Ｏr PhD）; Experience in working as Web service system developer; Experience in releasing an d maintaining a live internet service. Experience in creating technical documents （e.g. API Specifications DB Relationship Diagram Architectural Design） Experience with modern project management tools preferably JIRAConfluence; Knowledge in AcＣounting systems;
