The Ecosystem Services Department （ESD） is thinking big: we build scalable platforms that power the Ecosystem worldwide. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree （BS） in Computer Science Engineering Ｏr related field Ｏr equivalent work experience. 5 years deploying an d managing large scale internet facing web services. Experience with DevOps processes culture an d tools （e.g. Chef an d Terraform）. Demonstrated experience measuring an d monitoring availability latency an d overall system health. Experience with CICD tools such as Jenkins Rundeck for release an d operation automation. Strong sense of ownership customer service an d integrity demonstrated through clear communication. Preferred Qualifications: Previous work experience as a Java application developer is considered a plus. Experience provisioning virtual machines an d other cloud services. e.g. Azure Ｏr Google Cloud. Experience configuring an d administering services at scale such as Cassandra Redis RabbitMQ MySQL. Interest Ｏr expertise with container technologies such as Docker an d Kubernetes. Preferably someone who is experienced in writing Docker file administrating Kubernetes an d experienced in the latest tech stack of CICD Any experience working in a globally distributed engineering team.
